Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Island Customers:
Shipping costs may be higher and some items can not be shipped to the above locales. We will contact you if shipping is more or if item can’t be shipped.
Extra shipping charges apply. Customer pays customs upon delivery of merchandise. Please email us to find out cost of delivery. All items must be paid for with US funds.
Exchanges & Returns:
Any returns must reach us within 30 days after receipt. To return or exchange an item, send item, copy of invoice, and short note with reason for return. Customer to pay shipping/insurance charges to return item. Items must be in same condition as sent (i.e., packaging, tags, manuals, etc). Please note: We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if return procedures are not followed. Liability for lost or damaged return items belongs to the customer.
Pictorial and typographical errors are subject to correction when orders are placed (we, of course, will notify you of any changes before placing the order). We reserve the right to limit quantities.
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please e-mail us and then just return the item within 30 days to receive a prompt refund, subject to certain provisions (please see Exchanges & Returns above).
